The waiting time is just silly. One cashier desk open whislt you've got 5 staff pottering around on the floor.
Women working the queue was rude, short and confrontational to customers.
Staff dont know regulations on Withdrawals. Make it difficult for you to withdraw your money. We rang up and requested 5k money order. Only to be told we cant have it without debit card present. Passport and drviers license not enough to place a money order due to security risk? Seems silly they would let us take 2k but not 5k without the card.
Overall poor experience from start to finish.
