I am currently sat IN the branch and ive been told I cant access my account even though I have ID and my cards. My accounts being closed apparently. So now I need to spend 1+ hours on the phone to some idiot in the office.
Stay clear of this bank if you wish to access your hard earned cash. Go with LITERALLY ANY OTHER BANK. Anything is better than santander.
