Treat customers like toddlers.
Have a credit card with a £3600 limit, used £2400 of it for a large purchase. Within 3 months they called it "persistent debt" and asked me to raise my monthly payment to double what it was. Fine, whatever.
A month later they've blocked my card from all transactions and raised the direct debit amount to double again.
I'd rather not bank with a company that moves the goalposts every month for no reason whatsoever.
