When Santander first arrived we moved our company account (and several personal ac's) to them on the PROMISE of free business banking for life - BUT they LIED and last year tried to charge us £9.99 per month - so we moved our accounts to Co-operative Bank who are free - Guess what happened recently - one of our customers accidently paid money to our old Santander account and instead of returning it they have kept the money - So now we must sue them in the small claims court -
