I would rank this 0 stars if I could. I am extremely angry. I just bought the car and the first payment wasn't due until 9FEB25. I wanted to get ahead of the game, so I made 2 small payments totaling $200. When making the payment, there was NOT an option for a principal reduction payment, and I would later find out that because it was made 30+ days in advance, it automatically defaulted to principal reduction. It never stated that anywhere. I called and asked this after I made a full payment, and was told since the major payment hadn't posted yet, I need to call back and ask to have the original $200 go toward the March payment. I did, and both the customer service rep and supervisor told me they can not actually do that and I basically lost that $200. My payment reflects the full balance due 9MAR25 when it should be $200 less. I am trying to get ahead of the game with my payments but have been told I will be penalized for doing such. As a result, I definitely will not be a repeat customer of yours and would be excited if my account got sold elsewhere.
