I won a considerable sum, truly life-changing! However, after paying $100 for verification, I attempted to withdraw $500. They then requested another $200 for further verification. I mistakenly deposited $220, thinking I could avoid extra fees. Yet, only $199.11 appeared in my account, and they keep insisting I deposit another $200 in one go. My initial deposit was $220 minus fees, which should have shown up as $207, but only $199.11 was credited. The live chat has been unhelpful, and despite sending five emails with proof and receipts to the support team, I've received no response. They seem to have taken $8 to make my deposit appear under $200. I've now sent a sixth and final email threatening to contact my attorney and relevant authorities if I don't hear back. Apparently, they have an 8-week response window, so I've documented every conversation and proof. I’ll provide an update if my account remains open.
