I am glad I chose Santiago Ways for my group's Camino de Santiago walk. All the staff I called for any questions were very helpful, friendly and professional. Larissa took care of our booking, and all the hotels and inns she picked for us were wonderful. We had an issue with a delayed visa approval with some members of our group and she was able to provide us with other options, to our satisfaction and appreciation. I would also like to give a big shout out to Jorge Garcia for helping us with our overweight luggage transfer. He was quick to resolve our issue and gave me peace of mind knowing he was on standby to help us with any other issues. I will book my next year's camino again with Santiago Ways having a great experience and assurance of quality accommodations, meals, directions, information and excellent customer service.
