I’ve used Santiago Ways twice now for my Camino de Santiagos. They are reputable, reliable, and easy to deal with, especially, Lucía Buiatti (who I corresponded with throughout the booking process). They arrange the hotels and luggage transfers, payment process is simple. For the most part, I did not have issues with the accommodations Santiago Ways booked on my second Camino, except for Casa Rural Venta Celta in O Cebreiro. The room at Casa Rural Venta Celta is outdated - terrible bed, flickering lights, damp room. Thank goodness I had a silk liner to sleep on. Hotel staff are not the friendliest or helpful either. The best part of the hotel is the location, right in O’Cebreiro - excellent. Santiago Ways should consider looking into arranging with a different hotel in O’Cebreiro to make their clients have a better experience in O'Cebreiro.
