It is a scam, no two ways about this. I spent 55 pounds on a hoodie that did not at all resemble the picture on the website when it came. Quality is awful, and it is very difficult to communicate with the company. I was encouraged to commit customs fraud when trying to return my item as they wanted me to say that the package was worth under £20 (therefore they would pay less tax). Ended up with a 40% refund having to keep the item as returning would be to difficult. Awful company, awful clothes. A complete scam from people who aren’t even efficient at doing it. Never buy from here!
