I don't usually actively take the time to go and write reviews, but in this case really wanted to do so, because this store to me was exactly one of those rare pleasant cases where one finds that a comparatively "less well known" store which is harder to find in search results actually turns out to have both overall higher quality and better pricing than many of the better known ones.We made two purchases. In one case the figure arrived perfectly safely. In the other case, there was unfortunately a broken off piece on the figure (likely damaged during shipping). Now as we know, a lot of stores seem perfectly fine only *until* there is some issue, so in my opinion, the best way to really tell a store's reliability is precisely when there is an issue. And I was very positively surprised by how smoothly and professionally everything was handled. They contacted the manufacturer and quickly secured a replacement part, which arrived safely and more quickly than I would have hoped.All around the store is reliable, with fair pricing, no hidden fees (when it says no import fees there really are none), great experience, and they won't leave you hanging or ghost you for weeks on end even when something goes wrong unlike some. 100% recommend.
