Was waiting to cross a road close to a junction. The lady instructor approached slowly but did not give way as she is legally obliged to. She then stopped the car at the junction with no indication and played with her mobile phone on her dashboard for about 30 seconds whilst I had to walk behind and around her car. There was no traffic at the junction causing her to wait and there was only the driver, no passenger or learner driver. I wouldn't want to take lessons from this driver who seems to ignore the highway code.
