The founder of this company is listed as a “Successful leader, brand architect, business strategist and product developer” who helped a few companies land a beauty line, Victoria Beckham is one of them.The Face Flex concealer - $58 for 0.34 fl.oz./10 ml, which is available in Sephora and online, was advertised on YouTube as well.The high price for this concealer is unreasonable but more importantly the product didn’t work for me - it literally shredded the eye cream underneath. Same happened with 3 different eye creams I’ve used.I’ve decided to return it but it is impossible! The package comes with no invoice or return label. Their website doesn’t have a phone number listed, only an email address. I’ve sent several emails - no response! Tried to contact them via one of their social media accounts - no reply! Sarah Creal Beauty Customer Service is NONEXISTENT.What a shame that a company with obviously good intentions doesn’t know how to do business! You just don’t take peoples money and leave them with a product you can’t use or return. $58 is a high enough price for a very small amount of product anyway. Buy at your own risk! I’ve already filed a dispute with my financial institution to help me return the product and get my money back.
