I purchased a bra from this company. Their website says they take full responsibility if it's not right for you. When I reached out to try and get a refund they gave me options that did not include a full refund. I'm still waiting to hear back as they only responded once and I have contacted them three times waiting for them to respond. All they want to offer me is half back and then 50% off on some other site that I'm not going to go to. I don't think that's fair. I think if something doesn't work you should get the full refund. That's how the company shows that they believe in their product. If I don't hear back soon I will have to go to the better Business bureau as that is my next logical step in this instance. The bra I purchased was made for somebody at least 5 in taller than me because the strap over the shoulder was way too loose and that's just not something they're going to be able to fix. A simple return is all I wanted and they're not giving me what I asked for. In fact, they're not even responding anymore.
