I ordered the suit tailored and made-to-measurements using Sartoro's detailed guide for the process and added some photos of me in one of my jackets. The suit was a perfect fit. No further alterations needed. The suit is beautiful. Exceptionally well-made. I can't emphasize that enough. The only hiccup was the pants were too short because of confusion on my request to leave them hemless so my tailor can hem them locally to my specs. Sartoro immediately ordered a new pair at no cost to me to replace the original ones, and they arrived with perfect fit. They clearly honor their promises to their customers. The original suit and then the replacement pants arrived in both cases in less than half the time I was told to expect. Tessa was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. She emailed answers to me before I ordered the suit, as it was to be my first purchase from them. Tessa is deserving of commendation for the professional manner in which she represents the firm. I strongly recommend Sartoro as a company with high-quality products and notable integrity, based on my experience with this suit.
