Very disappointing first experience with SAS. I accidentally purchased an extra checked bag for €55 even though my ticket already included baggage. I noticed immediately and contacted customer service, but they refused to refund the unused fee. A small goodwill gesture would have made a big difference, especially for a first-time traveler with the airline. Instead, the rigid policy and lack of flexibility left a very poor impression.
