I’ve placed 4 separate orders here and received all 4 with no issues. I’ve always received tracking and they arrived on time and in good condition, so I’ve never had to deal with customer service. The bracelets are crotchet beaded rope. They can be tugged on to stretch them out a very tiny bit, but they do not have an elastic stretch. I get the 8” extended (most bracelets are too small for me in general, but these fit) and I’ve only had one I had issues getting to stretch enough (I was able to roll it on, but I had concerns if I had any swelling in my hand that I might have problems getting it off later). If you are extremely overweight like myself (400+lbs), expect the bracelet (8” extended only, no way regular will fit) to be form fitting on your wrist (not tight, there will be a little room after stretching) and you’ll only be able to wear 1 or 2 at a time, max. I am starting to see some of these bracelets (specifically the American flag design) on Temu so I am not sure how the quality there compares to these, but what I’ve gotten from Sashkaco has been great. I’ve only owned their bracelets for a few months, but none have broken or unraveled although I’ve had a frayed thread end stick out on one of them (these typically get woven into the rope and it was only sticking out a very tiny bit). I keep buying these because I love the designs and they’re so pretty! There are constant sales for 70% off making the bracelets around $7.50 each and sometimes there are even better sales as well. I’ll update if I have any negative experiences with future orders.
