After weeks of trying to resolve an order issue that I didn't receive, I had to send voice notes, which they initially accepted but later insisted had to be videos. This has been embarrassing due to my dexterity issues, making it take a long time. I've now filed a claim with my bank for a refund. They provided two proof of deliveries, neither of which are my address. I would advise against using this service and suggest keeping your money. Deeply disappointed.
