I ordered socks and was sent a bag. When I contacted the support team, they confirmed my order was for socks and provided a copy showing that. However, their next email claimed I had ordered the bag. When I questioned this again, they implied I was mistaken. The customer service was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this platform.
