I just paid €100 for 10 minutes of rudeness. The staff need to be more polite. I don't mind paying for a service, but I expect respect when spending my hard-earned money. The technician wouldn't even run a second cable because he claimed he was short on time, despite being at my home for less than 15 minutes. Terrible service! They need to improve their customer service and train their staff to be more courteous.
