We could not be happier with our sauna or our experience with Chris. We truly felt like he was honest and forthright with the entire experience and directing us toward the sauna that best fit our needs. It felt like he cared more about us and why would benefit our health than the “sale.” It was great to have such a personal experience and feeling like someone cared especially in this day and age. The sauna is wonderful and Chris stands behind his products. I would definitely feel safe purchasing a sauna with Chris.
