If I could, I would give them no stars. I'm not alone in facing issues with my order. I regret placing my order even more now. They claim to ensure customer satisfaction, but it seems they can't uphold that promise. I ordered on November 28, and my items are still not here! The last tracking update was a week ago, indicating only that a label was created. This company is unresponsive, no matter how many emails I send. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts for my child, and I can't afford to find replacements after already spending money with them. They've had nearly a month to resolve this and have done nothing. Their communication is terrible. They shouldn't operate like this if they can't manage their workload. If I don't receive my package soon, I'll have to report fraud to my credit card company.
