Customer service is STELLAR. I accidentally ordered an extra device and was trying to return it, so I was going back and forth with Nikki via email. I tried to reject the delivery with a very clear note, but the mailman decided to ignore that, so the device never went back to the manufacturer. Nikki was so kind and patient during the process and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience overall. And I don’t mean to sound like an old hag, but it was very nice to communicate with a real human being rather than some automated system that makes me want to poke my eyeballs out. :)
