Only one arrived with a note on the invoice stating the lipstick they could not supply had been refunded. As this did not occur, sent 3 emails to customer services. No response despite the website stating replies within 48 hours.Telephone number on website returns "You have dialled the wrong number". Basically they are uncontactable. Tracked down a postal address that is a PO Box with an address on a residential estate.My bank came to the rescue and refunded the amount and are pursuing the trader.One star is not warranted - should be zero.
