Wanted to give this brand a try after some friends recommendations. I purchased a jacket last November 2019, not even a month later the zipper was ripping apart. Contacted customer service and after 3 weeks they offer sending the same jacket with different colour. I asked then about other alternative-solutions that wouldn't involve trading of the very same defective product, that was almost 1 month ago, still waiting for a reply... Definitely not the customer service nor the product quality expected from a 300€ winter-jacket brand...
