Don't buy online!Save the Duck product's are fantastic! I love their mission. It's 100% animal free, which is very important for me. Their jackets are good quality, and I've been very happy with them. However, when you purchase a 300€ jacket and the size is nothing like the sizing chart...(I assume because of the style) and you try to return the item...and then have to go through a "returning approval process" (!!) + then to be charged 18€ for return shipping...it's not the level of service you expect from such an expensive purchase.Meanwhile, I am still waiting for my 300€ to come back to me.
