I was disappointed to find that Savvy only allows you to complete a loan application by speaking over the phone. In the current generation, I would expect more accessible options such as email or live chat to make the process easier for customers with different needs.I struggle with phone anxiety and also work long hours (7am–7pm), so arranging a phone call isn’t practical for me. I’ve taken out loans before through other lenders without needing to speak to anyone directly, and I was hoping Savvy would offer a similar level of flexibility.Because of this, I decided not to proceed with them. I won’t be considering their services again unless they improve their communication options to be more inclusive and convenient.
