I was placing an order for 1 StarScope Monocular G3 when the website asked if I wanted to add a Phone Mount bracket which I chose to do. What I didn't realize is that by selecting that option the website then went back to the default setting of 3 StarScopes (most popular choice). After I paid and received the order confirmation I realized the error and immediately sent an email to support asking if there was any option to change the order. I never received a response to my email and my order is now in transit so I will be stuck with 2 additional StarScopes. The product may be fantastic (I'll find out when it arrives) but the lack of response and communication is very disappointing.
