I love this product! Been using it for years now, I always have a bottle next to my bed, because I really hate nose drops and love that all the ingredients in RF are natural. I have a few drops before I go to sleep and sometimes I need another dose during the night. It is not a 1 bottle wonder (I'm yet to find one of those) works best for me if used consistently.
