I live in the USA and my husband and I had shortbread cookies while staying at The Grand Hotel in York, England. These are the best shortbread cookies I have ever tasted. I had the White Chocolate Lemon and my husband had the Stem Ginger. Both flavors were outstanding. I only wish we could have tried all the shortbread flavors before leaving England.
