We visited Ikley Real Food markets on Sunday 14th of April . We came across this fantastic stall which sold shorthand & meringues. I'm a celiac & to find tasty biscuits is abit of a struggle but not anymore . I have now discovered Sawley Kitchen - which does the most amazing / crumberly gluten free shortbread & meringues. The gf shorthand are delicious if you did a blind taste test you would not know that they are gluten free . Meringues in so many different flavours are also gluten free. I will be ordering online, to get my fix of gf shortbread
