This was one of the easiest and friendliest, non-pushy, interactions for buying a car. Michael was helpful, informative and communication was excellent. He provided all the options and didn't try to pressure me into any additional extras. I was very clear on what I wanted and Michael met that request without fault. This didn't feel like a traditional car sales experience, more a human and respectful process. Jenna was nothing short of excellent too, providing great communication and explaining everything clear and concise. Even answering questions outside of her remit. She was a pleasure to talk to and between her and Michael, I now have the exact car I wanted. To the managers of these two, this is how a sales interaction should be, it's what customers want. Non-pushy, polite individuals that focus on the experience. If they had been using the"the warranty is only xxx pounds, can you really be without it" or "add it to finance, you'll not regret it if the car breaks" until you finally submit approach, I wouldn't come back. I can't safely say this is where I will come for my next upgrade. Stu
