I ordered a bracelet that was 120.00 and it took a month to arrive. and I noticed a part of the clasp looked gold, but didn't worry to much. As someone who cleans my jewelry everytime i wear it.....I was pi...ed when after a week, the back of the bracelet began to turn a copper color!! I immediately reached out to them and reported this. They did offer to replace it or let me get a different item of comparable price. I chose another bracelet that was similar but a different style. Again it took a few weeks to arrive but I was optimistic because customer service was quick and they responded whenever I had a question or update. I received the new bracelet and was pretty satisfied. Fast forward to now about 4mths later. The new bracelet is also starting to turn on the prongs holding the stones. So clearly the bracelets they claimed to be silver (s925) are in fact NOT silver. They are brass, plated with a layer of copper and then plated with silver. The copper is what jewelers use over brass to make the silver plating adhere better. But they are selling plated jewelry advertised as sterling silver. I'm not gonna bother with trying to complain or return or reverse payment or anything because it'll only be more aggravation. But beware....if I got two bracelets that are both supposed to be silver and they are both plated, I suspect most if not all of the jewelry is the same. Who wants to pay over 100 dollars for silver plated brass/ copper jewelry?
