I am disappointed in the outcome of my situation with your company. After I made several orders with you, three to be exact, I underwent surgery on my left hand so when I received my rings from you they did not fit. I contacted you and after several email sending pictures and etc. you said I could exchange them when I knew what size my finger would be. When I was ready to do that, instead of sending you back the rings that were not ever worn and not my size, I was told that I could keep them and would have to pay $30 for each ring to have them delivered to me in my size and that is just what I ended up doing. I had also ordered another ring from you just in the last couple of weeks. I was disappointed that I had to pay to you another $90 instead of just exchanging the rings for a different size that I had already purchased. Once I receive my rings from you, I will no longer purchase anything from your company again.
