TOTAL SCAM! NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK!! I ordered 4 rings and was so disappointed when they arrived. They looked absolutely cheap and were too big although I ordered them in my usual ring size. I tried to contact Customer Service to send them back. I had to send photos, descriptions and was asked to send them back covering all of the return costs but without giving me an adress. It took forever for them to finally give me an adress in China. I returned all 4 Rings, documented everything, received the confirmation and documentation of the arrival of the package there. I wrote to them again and again but I never heard back from them. AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK!!! THIS IS SIMPLY FRAUD!!!
