First of all they make wonderful jewelry for a fraction of the cost of genuine gold and genuine diamonds… Everything is pure 925 silver with expert electric plating in gold with lab created stones that are beautiful… They will allow you to request customizations to a certain extent if they can do it… I had requested a customization which slipped past their order department and they sent me the standard ring… When I contacted them they told me to just keep the one I had and give it to a friend if I didn’t want it… And they would send me at no additional charge the exact customized ring I wanted… Now that’s customer service! … As far as customer service complaints that I have heard on here let me say this… There is a bit of a language barrier so be precise and exact in what you need or what you want or what the problem may be… I have found that they are very accommodating to their customer’s requests and issues… They even say not to use these rings swimming or washing dishes or working in the yard… This is costume jewelry… It’s made nicely but anything with plating has to be treated with more care… Fancy genuine diamond and gold rings are easy to damage as well… Save these for a night on the town or when you just wanna sparkle for a special occasion… I’ve had no trouble with mine I take care of them and I get compliments all the time.
