They are defective and not designed well, why would I gift them???They requested photos, after which agreed to the return, but they do not send return label, which was not mentioned when I first requested it. The order was shipped from within US but they want me to send the pair back to China??? To mail such a heavy item with tracking will cost more than the cost of the earrings! Are they being serious? I am stuck at this point awaiting the 4th correspondence. Last resort will be to call the credit card and dispute. Just to give an idea FedEx regular delivery for just a letter envelope to Asia costs $ 140 or so, post office international tracking at least half of that or more, this was from two years ago.🧐The earrings were $ 130 … I find their ask to ship back to China, simply cheeky and void of customer service for today’s business sustainability and competitive market etiquettes, stringing to result tiredness. I have told them that I am willing to send them back to Illinois and pay for them myself. Awaiting resolution.
