I bought 4 items over two purchases. I reviewed all of the items once I received; 3 were positive and 1 negative. The positive reviews were posted and the negative one was not. I did call them on it over email but they did not respond. Unfortunately, this means we're only seeing the positive reviews on products so we're not getting the true picture. One of the rings I bought just looked cheap and did not sparkle. My other issue is that the invoice amount they sent me on both purchases showed a different amount than what I was charged. Contacting them got a response that refunds are not possible due to - taken from their email: ..."issue cannot be processed at this time due to system limitations. However, we highly value your business and want to make it up to you. For your next order, simply reach out to us, and we will send you a complimentary, exquisite gift worth $100." So that's not cool. I'm leaving a 3 star review because 3 of the 4 items I bought are very pretty. Time will tell if they last... Finally, be prepared for a long wait; about a month for me.
