What's the email where I can contact YOU??I purchased my bracelets December 5th 2024 I asked your company if it would be delivered Before Christmas and I was informed that it would very definitely be. I also informed your company that I will be out of the country January 1st 2025 and will not return till April. This information was given to you people before I placed the order and now I have waited and I've not received your product. I was told that it's coming and then finally it says that it's in Canada after my departure . . however I'm not there to receive it. I was informed that they needed more information to send the products! You have all my details when I paid you the money! What good is that to me now?? I doubt that the product will be sitting on my porch when I return in April !! Then you guys proceeded to give me a contact number which is invalid or it doesn't work because I've tried calling them left messages nobody's returning my calls. And now I have asked for a refund and you people are not refunding my money.. in fact no one is responding to my request. You think this is ethical Behavior for a business??!
