Your Customer Service does not follow up on emails. In October 2024 I bought a pair of earrings (SKU #BM-DR-006) for my niece's birthday; I couldn't give them to my niece, as they arrived broken. I asked my money back; your Customer Service offered to send me a pair of earrings I want; I paid the difference in price to receive the earrings I want: SKU# BM-SY-530. In the shipping document that I received is included the previous pair of earrings. I sent message to stop the shipping of the wrong item. I am very unhappy with the services provided by Sayabling.
