I wanted to return my order (USD900+) and was advised no problem. The item then seemed to get "stuck" in Customs for 8 months! Finally returned to me for no real reason. I have since been trying to contact Sayabling for 5 months to return the goods AGAIN - no response to emails AT ALL.
