In trying to return 4 rings for smaller sizes I was offered 20.00 to keep give away or sell to someone else. Then I was informed I would have to pay to ship to somewhere in Japan with no security they would receive it. I was in email contact with a representative named Irene who at one time offered a discount on my next purchase. Really? Buyer beware of this company. Also other companies on social media ads offering the same jewelry. The rings I did get in the right size are beautiful, just don't expect good customer service. Save yourself any attempt to return anything. The forms to ship overseas and the cost for insurance and postal fees was way over 100.00 I for one will not do business with this Asian company again. Your pkg. will come marked from a U.S. address but you cannot return to that address. Like I said....buyer beware. I will continue my semi precious jewelry purchases from jtv.
