Cheap duplicate; fake return policy; unresponsive companySayabling gets a big negative zero from me. They are a very cheap disreputable company and will IGNORE you even after they approve a return. DO NOT ACCEPT a Chinese return from them which is an obscure contact and your return will be held by customs for a fee. Sayabling has UK headquarters and Calf and Hong Kong addresses. I ordered this ring (I will try to attach pictures here if possible. I have them, – advertised and actual received) and got a cheap ugly duplicate which had: i) glue all over the back of the stone; ii) the two side and main stones are the same color (though initially posted with 2 side light lavender color and main pink stone). Note: during my “return”, they added a picture on the same site page of a square mono colored stone ring which was not there before; iii) stones are square and not rectangle shaped; and iv) fake gold edges were thin, ill fitted and very cheap looking. What a disappointment. Do not deal with them unless your payment co can provide you with a refund. In a return situation, file a case with your payment method immediately so you have leverage to make them follow through with their returns. They gave me a run around for a YEAR; did not honored the return and never gave the courtesy of reply once Chinese customs eventually sent the ring back because of inaction on their Chinese side. They simply then stopped communicating with me when I asked for a US or UK address - anywhere but China. They are a MISERABLE company to deal with and I wish I never heard of them. BUYER BEWARE!
