Please do not waste your time and money! I placed an order and paid $25 for expedited shipping. My receipt says my order will arrive in 3-5 days. After I did not receive it, I contacted customer service and they said I didn’t pay for expedited shipping even though it is reflected on my receipt. They also told me that even with expedited shipping, it still takes 7-10 days to process the order. Who wants to wait a month for an order? So far, customer service is terrible and they only communicate in the early hours like 3:00am. Since I placed 2 orders (the second order was made later and without expedited shipping), I asked them to cancel both and they are pretending like they don’t understand. This is not an honest company. Beware!
