Extremely disappointing customer service

The customer service is very frustrating. When you need to return merchandise to another country, you have to repeatedly ask for the correct return address. They refuse to cancel your order just a few hours after purchase, claiming a 30% restocking fee will apply. The quality of the merchandise is poor and defective. If the courier fails to deliver your package to your door and leaves it outside, any theft will result in the company insisting on a reshipping fee of $30, without any guarantee you'll receive a replacement. Additionally, if you dispute the delivery with your credit card, they will question where the package was delivered, even if it was left at an unsecured location.
