I purchased a cocktail ring, it took. Forever to arrive and when it did it was missing a stone. I emailed customer service and after 2 days I received a message that they would like to replace the ring. I asked again to give me the instruction to return the ring and they always responded that they will replace it. Don’t waist your money. If you can afford more than prices you can afford to waist you money
