Online purchase fabulous. I’ve made 2 orders that have been completely fulfilled and waiting for the 3rd. Good online buying experience. Customer service is a nightmare. If you have to return a product for any reason they hold their return address hostage and will seem to be helpful at first then stone wall you . It’s been 6 weeks trying to return or exchange first order. I have emailed several times for return address.. their customer service refuses to answer. Second order was perfect but I paid for express shipping that they sent through normal shipping and refuse to refund the $25 that was supposed to be express. Shipping. I have receipts showing it. Bottom line look at reviews. If your piece you bought doesn’t live up to the pics online you will have a very hard time trying to get that sorted out. Hopefully this order I made close to the second order will turn out just as good.
