Ordered the multicolored necklace. Gems started to fall out right away and continue to fall out. Contacted the company and they apologized and offered to send a new necklace. No necklace arrived and they are no longer responding.
Ordered a matching bracelet, it was too small so I initiated their “free returns” policy. Their free returns are not free. They said I needed to pay for return shipping to China which is about the cost of the item. They offered a 30% discount on another one and the same email and also suggested I sell the bracelet to someone else. When asked how to get the discount, they stopped responding, again.
