Consequently, the seller side withheld the 10% deposit and told us that they would no longer be selling the property to us.Benjamin Eaton successfully and professionally objected and informed the seller side that we would be taking the issue to court. As a result of these objections, the seller was forced to give us an additional 10 days.The bridging loan only came to a positive conclusion towards the evening of the last day of the term. Therefore, if Benjamin Eaton had not successfully objected and given me an extra 10 days, I would have lost the 10% deposit and the property.In addition, the seller side demanded interest for the time spent and sent us an amount to pay. Here again, Benjamin Eaton objected and as a result we paid the seller a lower amount than he had requested.Therefore, if Benjamin Eaton had not been my solicitor in this purchase, I am sure I would have lost that 10% deposit and the property. I can not thank him enough, I am really grateful.I can definitely recommend Benjamin Eaton and Khrystyna Balaban to everyone with great confidence.
