I placed an order and never received my package because the delivery service marked the address as 'incorrect,' despite it being accurate. The parcel was returned instead of delivered, and I received no proactive solution from the service. Customer support merely blamed the delivery service and did not provide clear information about my refund. Their response felt quite dismissive. I am still waiting for my refund and disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer care. I cannot recommend this service until they improve their delivery and communication processes.
