I ordered two dresses a month ago, providing the correct address, and tracked the order. On the 6th of November, I saw that the package was returned to the seller due to an unsuccessful delivery, and I was not contacted. I had been home and did not receive any delivery. I contacted customer service, but it took a while for them to reply, and they asked for my address and phone number, which I provided. It has now been two weeks since then and a month since I placed my order. I still don’t know where my order is, and the team has been saying they will inform me for the last five days, but I haven’t heard back. I refuse to let go of the money spent on those dresses if I don’t receive them. I don’t care if this is a scam site or not!
